Most of what I make is really about relationships. Not just between people, but between parts: story and system, experience and operations, brand and behavior. Work tied to MIT Sloan reinforced that muscle, because nothing there is single-audience or simple. Experience in large-scale environments like Northrop Grumman reinforced it from another angle: interdependence is unavoidable, so the work has to hold together amid complexity.
